Sales Representative- Packaging (US based)

Position: Customer Sales Representative (CSR) – US Campaign

Shift: Night Shift
Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our growing team! If you have experience in chat support, understand packaging markets, and love delivering exceptional customer service, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and market insights to stay ahead in the game.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across chat and other communication channels.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to boost customer loyalty.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently address customer needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a smooth, positive customer experience.
• Manage and update customer records and interactions using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and enhance overall performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chat Support Agent or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Solid understanding of packaging campaigns across US, Canadian, and UK markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
