Sales Representative – PPC Advertising (Full Time, Remote or In-Office)

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help small businesses grow through Google PPC advertising.
You’ll be responsible for finding and contacting businesses that are not currently running ads and showing them how PPC can help them get more customers.

This is a performance-driven role with excellent earning potential and long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to small business owners across the U.S.
• Research and identify companies not currently advertising online.
• Explain the benefits of Google PPC and how our management services deliver real results.
• Build your own leads, manage your sales pipeline, and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
• Report weekly performance and feedback.

Compensation

• Starting pay: $20 per hour (plus commission)
• After training and performance milestones: $25 per hour
• Top performers earn up to $150,000+ per year (base + commission)
• Uncapped commissions and clear promotion structure

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in telemarketing, door-to-door sales, radio or print advertising sales is highly desirable.
• Confident communicator who thrives on results.
• Self-motivated — comfortable sourcing your own leads.
• Strong work ethic and resilience in a sales environment.
• Basic knowledge of online marketing or PPC (training provided).
