Sales Representative (Rebar Steel & Building Materials)

We are a leading manufacturing facility based in Riyadh, specializing in high-quality rebar and essential building materials. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our commercial team.

You will be the face of our factory, responsible for driving revenue through the sale of rebar and structural steel products. Your primary focus will be building long-term relationships with contractors, traders and other customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales: Identify and convert new business leads specifically for rebar and associated building materials.
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and distributors within the Riyadh region.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on construction trends, competitor pricing, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Negotiation: Manage the full sales cycle from initial quotation to price negotiation and closing.
  • Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and weekly activity reports to management.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the building materials industry (Experience in Rebar/Steel is highly preferred).
  • Education: A minimum of a Diploma.
  • Network: A strong existing database of contractors and procurement managers in Saudi Arabia.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Valid Saudi Driving License.
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
