Already have sales experience?  Even better. Experienced BDRs and SDRs ramp faster and earn more. If you’ve carried a target at Raya, Xceed, Teleperformance, or any outbound operation, you know the game — we just pay better.

The Role

You’ll call American restaurant owners, create urgency around BeyondMenu’s platform, and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This is high-volume cold outbound — 150–300 calls per day, most ending in rejection, some ending in wins that pay your commission.

This is a phone-first role. You’ll prospect, cold call, handle objections, control conversations, and earn decision-maker attention — daily.

What You'll Do

• Cold call restaurant owners across the US to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives
• Run high-volume outbound prospecting — calls, follow-ups, tasks
• Position value quickly and confidently in fast-paced conversations
• Handle objections and earn commitment from busy decision-makers
• Maintain clean activity, notes, and outcomes in Salesforce
• Hit daily execution standards for dials, talk time, connects, and meetings set
• Improve continuously through structured call coaching, QA, and performance feedback

Preferred Background

$1,100 - $3,000 a month

$750 USD/month base salary + uncapped performance commission. During your training ramp period, you receive a guaranteed supplemental commission on top of your base — meaning you earn at least $1,100 USD/month from day one, even before you close your first deal. After training, the baseline expectation is $1,500/month, but top performers earn more than $3,000/month. Commissions are uncapped. All compensation is paid in US dollars.
