We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative (Surgical Instruments) to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in selling surgical instruments or related healthcare medical devices. This role focuses on developing strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, promoting our surgical product range, and driving local sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and surgical departments.
- Promote and sell surgical instruments to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with surgeons, procurement officers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to medical staff.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience in surgical instruments or healthcare-related medical devices.
- Strong knowledge of local healthcare and surgical markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel within Lahore as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
