Sales Representative – Truck Rentals

PV Rentals is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with experience in the truck rental, fleet services, or commercial vehicle leasing industry. The ideal candidate brings an existing book of business, strong knowledge of the industrial market in general with an emphasis on construction and oil & gas, and a proven ability to generate revenue and build long-term client relationships.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who understands the needs of industrial and commercial clients and is ready to make an immediate impact while growing with an established company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new and existing commercial accounts
• Leverage existing book of business to generate immediate revenue
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Houston and nationwide
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, logistics companies, fleet managers, and industrial customers in construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, and related sectors
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and contract negotiations
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional customer service, retention, and account growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in truck rentals, fleet services, commercial vehicle leasing, or similar industry
• Existing book of business strongly preferred
• Proven B2B sales success within industrial or commercial markets
• Effective communication, negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills
• Established relationships within construction, oil & gas, logistics, or manufacturing sectors a plus
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Valid driver’s license
