Job Summary:

Vapes Direct is seeking a proactive and goal-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our range of vape products. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of vaping trends, and a passion for customer service. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Revenue Generation
• Identify and approach potential B2B/B2C clients (retailers, resellers, or direct customers).
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and handle client queries or complaints professionally.
• Product Knowledge
• Stay up-to-date with the latest vape products, e-liquids, devices, and accessories.
• Educate customers on product features, usage, and safety guidelines.
• Market Research
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and potential product gaps.
• Order Processing & Inventory Coordination
• Manage order placements and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/inventory team to ensure product availability.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales reports.
• Submit daily/weekly performance updates to the sales manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail or field sales (experience in the vape/tobacco industry is a plus).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Knowledge of vape devices, e-liquids, and industry regulations preferred.
• Ability to travel locally if required.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Fluent in English and local language(s).
• Passion for vaping culture and trends.
