Sales Representative - Watersports

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative – Watersports to promote and sell exciting beach and water activities to tourists and visitors. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in approaching customers, and a passion for sales in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with beach visitors and promote watersports activities (jet ski, parasailing, banana boat, kayaking, boat tours, etc.)
• Explain activity details, pricing, and safety guidelines clearly
• Handle bookings, payments, and issue confirmations
• Upsell packages and achieve sales targets
• Coordinate with operations staff to ensure smooth scheduling
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience preferred (tourism/hospitality advantage)
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Energetic, confident, and target-driven personality
• Comfortable working outdoors and flexible hours (weekends/holidays)
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Multilingual skills are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
