Sales Representative with Driving License

We are a leading manpower supply company providing skilled and unskilled workforce solutions across various industries.

We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth and develop long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for manpower supply services.
• Meet with potential clients, understand workforce requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and agreements.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor offerings.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely mobilization of manpower.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in manpower supply, recruitment, or related industries.
• Valid Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Excellent presentation and customer handling skills.
• Familiarity with local market dynamics (preferred).
• Available to join immediately.
