We are currently seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Individual Sector. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization by expanding customer accounts and maintaining existing client relationships. Responsibilities :
· Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling potential clients.
· Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers.
· Conduct needs analysis and provide tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
· Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic account plans and achieve sales targets.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products and services.
· Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
· Prepare accurate forecasts and reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
Requirements and Skill
· Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Information Technology or related industry.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
· Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
· Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies.
· Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Ability to use MS Office.
