Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day operations and shipment coordination
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery updates
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse team, and clients
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in courier and logistics services
- Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Prepare and present service proposals and pricing to clients
- Follow up on inquiries and close deals effectively
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in courier/logistics, customer service, or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of UAE locations and delivery operations
- Ability to multitask, meet targets, and work under pressure
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM systems)
