JOB SUMMARY
This includes Identification of existing and potential customers, their needs (value propositions), competitive scenario and taking actions with making contacts with customer, to implement sales strategy for company in the region.
Proactive to generate new inquiries, customer contact and quick to identify value propositions for concluding sales.
Knowledge of Polymers, especially compounds and masterbatch and working relationship to Tier -1 / plastic converter industry
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES الدور والمسؤوليات
Sales and Customer Acquisition
· Identify potential customers in industries such as packaging, automotive, building materials, medical, textiles, and consumer goods.
· Conduct client visits to understand needs and offer appropriate polymer solutions.
· Convert leads to active customers by demonstrating value and competitive advantages
Pricing, Quotation & Negotiation
· Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
· Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions within company policy.
· Analyze cost–margin structures and ensure profitable sales.
Customer Relationship Management
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with processors, OEMs, converters, and distributors.
· Provide timely responses to customer queries and complaints.
· Conduct periodic performance reviews with key customers
Technical Trials, Sampling & Product Qualification
· Arrange product samples and coordinate production trials at customer sites.
· Monitor product performance during processing and recommend adjustments.
· Support qualification activities for new materials or applications.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting
· Maintain detailed records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer visits.
· Prepare monthly sales forecasts for different polymer grades.
· Monitor sales performance vs. targets and take corrective actions.
· Product Knowledge: knowledge of Polymers, especially compounds and masterbatch, to help continuous evaluation of opportunities for new application/inter-polymer shifts etc and prepare a business case along with technical team and present to customer for discussion /implementation.
· Teamwork and communication across different stakeholders: Effective teamwork with across functions to ensure healthy and motivated work environment prevails across organization.
· Follow the company’s manuals, procedures, regulations and policies including company Culture, Company Safety Procedures and applicable laws.

EDUCATION التعليم
- Bachelor’s degree in Plastics / Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering (MBA in marketing would be an additional advantage)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
TECHNICAL SKILLS المهارات الفنية
- Min. 3 – 7 years working in a compound / masterbatch/ additives in sales with customer facing role
- Direct experience in sales/marketing, accounting and end-product applications across the industry is a must
- Excellent product knowledge (Polymer/Plastic/additives background) to identify new opportunities and design/create new ideas to implement company’s products

- Number of new customers acquired
- Customer retention
- Sale cycle length and conversion rate
- Sales volume growth
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Excellent level in English, Arabic (speaking) will be extra advantages
