Position: Sales Representative

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers in both English and Urdu to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide tailored solutions.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

- Actively seek out and establish connections with potential agents to expand the company’s market reach.

- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any concerns promptly.

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

- Prepare and present sales reports, feedback, and market insights to management.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

- Fluency in English and Urdu (both spoken and written).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred but not mandatory.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for building relationships.

- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email communication, CRM tools).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
