About the Role:

MARS BPO is expanding its sales team for our HVAC Lead Generation Campaign. We are looking for energetic and fluent English speakers who can communicate confidently with U.S.-based clients, generate leads, and meet performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to U.S. customers for HVAC services
• Good English communication skills.
• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and achieve goals..

Requirements:

• Fresh and experienced candidates both are encouraged to apply
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and listening)
• Willing to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM)What We Offer:
