Role Description

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Resource to join our team full-time in Karachi.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our training programs, corporate workshops, and upskilling solutions to individuals, universities, and organizations. You will identify potential clients, understand their training needs, and recommend tailored learning solutions.

Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, delivering program presentations, and contributing to revenue growth. You will also work closely with internal teams to align offerings with market demand and client requirements.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in training programs, education, or corporate learning solutions
  • Ability to understand client skill gaps and recommend relevant training programs
  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales (corporate training or student enrollments)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and excellent time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with tech education, bootcamps, or professional training programs is a strong plus
