About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, introducing our tech solutions, and generating interest in our services. Your main focus will be to qualify leads, initiate conversations, and schedule meetings with senior sales executives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team, where you can develop your sales skills and contribute to expanding our global client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to international prospects to introduce our tech solutions and generate interest.
  • Understand potential clients' needs and determine their interest in our services.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our tech products and services.
  • Schedule meetings and demos with senior sales team members for qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress updates in the CRM.
  • Nurture leads and maintain communication to keep prospects engaged and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Provide regular updates on your outreach efforts, lead conversion, and sales progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in telesales, lead generation, or customer outreach (experience with international clients is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain tech solutions to clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach automation tools.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and organized, with the ability to follow up diligently.
  • Comfortable working across different time zones to engage with clients in North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
