We are looking for a motivated Sales & Retention Executive to drive customer acquisition, convert qualified leads, and deliver an exceptional sales experience across our digital health programs.

The Role
This is a 100% remote, full-time role (6 days per week) for individuals who are target-driven, confident communicators, and eager to grow within a high-impact digital health environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead Management: Manage inbound and outbound sales via calls, WhatsApp, and chat.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage and educate prospective customers on our specialized health programs.
  • Customer Centricity: Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable health plans.
  • Conversion: Convert qualified leads into paying customers while maintaining high service standards.
  • Pipeline Mastery: Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  • Performance: Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
  • Optimization: Share customer insights to improve scripts, offers, and onboarding flows.

What We Require:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in inside sales, telesales, or customer acquisition.
  • Industry Savvy: Experience in health, wellness, insurance, or subscription-based services is a plus.
  • Tech-Fluent: Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp, and digital sales tools.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, disciplined, and thrives in a fast-paced remote setup.

Compensation & Growth:

  • Salary: Competitive base salary + performance-based commissions
  • Growth: Clear performance-based career progression within the sales or commercial teams

Pay: E£362,673.00 - E£373,035.00 per year
