The Role

IBS is seeking a dynamic Sales Operations & Revenue Analyst to support our fast-growing global sales team. This role blends elements of sales operations, business analytics and finance — requiring a mix of go-to-market strategy, market analysis, sales optimization, special projects and operational support.

Success in this role means partnering with sales leaders to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Projects will range from building scalable reporting infrastructure, evaluating market opportunities, supporting product growth strategies, analyzing sales pipelines, and reviewing key performance metrics. You’ll collaborate across departments and gain exposure to senior executives. The ideal candidate understands what drives success in a sales organization, is passionate about data, and excels at turning insights into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver analytical support to the revenue organization, focusing on reporting and generating actionable insights to drive growth.

· Collaborate with a global Sales & Marketing team of 100+ professionals and cross-functional stakeholders.

· Prepare performance updates, solve business problems, and identify improvement opportunities using Salesforce and BI tools like Microsoft Power BI.

· Respond to inbound reporting requests and proactively identify reporting needs.

· Lead change initiatives, including implementing new forecasting tools and methodologies.

· Support strategic initiatives through data modelling, scenario analysis, and business case development.

· Drive GTM planning processes: capacity planning, productivity analysis, market segmentation, territory design, and incentive modelling.

· Evaluate business performance through a data-centric lens and operationalize insights into scalable processes.

· Partner with GTM teams to boost revenue and improve sales productivity.

· Troubleshoot operational issues and optimize systems and workflows for scale.

· Enable regional sales teams with insights, tools, and processes, contributing to global projects.

· Blend analytical rigor with strategic thinking, incorporating feedback from sales leaders.

· Uncover trends and deliver insights that shape strategy, refine processes, and drive organizational success.


Who You Are

· 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Analytics.

· Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

· Strong quantitative analysis skills, creative problem-solving ability, and commercial acumen.

· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Advanced proficiency in Excel and confident presenting data using slides to senior stakeholders.

· Experience with Salesforce; dashboard-building skills are a plus.

· Skilled in BI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power BI) for data extraction, analysis, and visualization.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Experience supporting B2B sales teams and collaborating cross-functionally.

· Self-starter with a strong work ethic and adaptability.

· Fluent in English (spoken and written).
