Salary range: Rs 4000000 - Rs 6000000 (ie INR 40-60 LPA)

Requirements

Experience:

• 15+ years in business/technical/data analysis within financial services or asset management
• 5-10 years as a Data Product Owner in Agile environments, delivering on enterprise-scale data platforms (e.g., Oracle, Snowflake, State Street Alpha Data, Refinitiv, SimCorp, Aladdin, FactSet)
  
  

Domain Expertise:

• Profound understanding of client lifecycle management (CRM, TA, institutional & wholesale data)
• Strong grasp of investment data—trading, ABOR, IBOR, security, and fund reference
• Excellent knowledge of European regulatory frameworks, especially MiFID II, EMIR, SFDR, and ESG reporting
  
  

Technical Understanding (Conceptual, not hands-on):

• Working knowledge of SQL, advanced Excel, and basic familiarity with Python / ML concepts
• Solid understanding of data management, governance, and modelling techniques (Dimensional, Data Vault)
  
  

Leadership & Communication:

• Proven experience in senior stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to operate effectively in outsourcing / hybrid delivery models
  
  

Mindset & Attributes:

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Automation-driven mindset to optimize data reporting processes
• Commercial acumen to rationalize market data usage and control costs
  
  

Desirable / Good-to-Have

• Experience with Salesforce CRM and Transfer Agency / Platform data
• Understanding of fund factsheet and institutional reporting calculations
• Exposure to data-driven go-to-market functions like marketing and client analytics
