WE ARE HIRING – SALES SECRETARY:

A reputable organization is seeking a highly experienced and motivated *Sales Secretary* to join our team.

Requirements:

* Minimum 10 years of experience in:

* Sales support & coordination

* Electrical material sourcing

* Preparing quotations and proposals

* Excellent command of MS Excel and MS Word

* Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist sales team in preparing quotations and documentation

* Coordinate with suppliers for sourcing electrical materials

* Maintain accurate records and reports

* Support daily sales operations and administrative tasks
