Legal Executive

Draft, review, and vet various agreements such as NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, channel partner agreements, and customer contracts.

Ensure contracts comply with company policies and applicable laws.

Maintain proper documentation and records of all executed agreements.

Ensure company compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Assist in implementing compliance frameworks and monitoring adherence.

Support internal compliance reviews and audits

Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and external lawyers for company registrations, renewals, and regulatory filings.

Maintain updated records of licenses, permits, and certifications.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week
