Set and negotiate the annual sales budget, ensuring the department meets its financial targets and contributes to overall profitability.

Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies accordingly to stay competitive.

Requirements
• Relevant high education bachelor degree is a must.
• Arabic and English language is a must
• Relevant work experience in sales minimum 10 years
• Knowledge of the heavy truck and bus industry
• People management skills
• General computer skills
• Ability to build and manage key relationships and deliver excellent customer service
