We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales & Service Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our sales operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, contributing to our company's growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales activities and assist the sales team in managing client accounts
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in person
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and service visits
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and service requests
  • Support the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience
  • Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Assist in inventory management and order processing as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus
