Job Summary:
The Sales & Service Executive will be responsible for generating new memberships, managing client relationships, and providing personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction and successful matches. The role involves both sales and service functions—prospecting and converting leads while delivering high-quality after-sales support and guidance to registered clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings to explain matrimonial service offerings.
- Convert leads into paid memberships by understanding client needs and recommending suitable packages.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive follow-up and lead management.
- Participate in promotional activities and campaigns to attract new clients
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client preferences, backgrounds, and expectations to assist in effective matchmaking.
- Provide personalized recommendations and profile enhancement suggestions.
- Act as the single point of contact for client queries, feedback, and service requests.
3. Service Delivery & Support
- Coordinate with matchmaking and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Assist clients in profile creation, photo uploads, and navigating the platform.
- Regularly update clients on potential matches and facilitate communication between interested parties.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues with empathy and efficiency.
4. Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and payments in CRM systems.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance and customer engagement metrics.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and service improvement opportunities.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and/or regional language proficiency preferred).
- Excellent persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy.
- Good understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software, Email, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferably in matrimonial, hospitality, insurance, or subscription-based industries).
- Experience in telesales or client relationship management will be an added advantage.
Performance Indicators:
- Achievement of monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
- Lead-to-sale conversion ratio.
- Quality and timeliness of service delivery.
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives / Commissions
- Performance-based bonuses

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
