Sales & Service Lead

About the Role:
This position offers a strong growth path for a motivated professional who wants to take ownership of a region and eventually grow into a Branch Manager role. The selected candidate will lead sales and service activities for Alpha Corporation’s Karachi branch and work closely with our huge range of ICU, NICU, OT, Critical care, Hospital Furniture and Rehab Equipment portfolio. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond routine sales or field service and step into a role with broader responsibility, independence, and leadership exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business in Karachi and Sindh through regular hospital visits and relationship-building.
• Manage sales cycles, generate leads, submit quotations, and achieve targets.
• Handle installations, training, and technical support for the ICU portfolio.
• Take ownership of branch operations, reporting, stock coordination, and service oversight.
• Represent Alpha Corporation as the regional lead and maintain communication with the Head Office.

Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of experience in medical equipment sales & service.
• Biomedical Engineering degree or similar background.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for regional outcomes.
