Responsible for sellingcompany products by identifying leads ,identifying and educating prospective customer while supporting existing clients with information and assisting the relates of the product Inside sales selling products over the phone or online, outside sales having face to face meeting
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Adjusts content of salespresentations by studyingthe type of sales outletor trade factor.

Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs

Follow Up for obtaining orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

Monitors competition by gatheringcurrent marketplace information on pricing, products,new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

Sales Performance Management

Focuses sales effortsby studying existingand potential volume of dealers.

Recommends changesin products, service,and policy by evaluating resultsand competitive developments.

Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personalnetworks, and participating in professional societies

Keeps management informedby submitting activityand results reports,such as dailycall reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Submits orders by referring to pricelists and product literature

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred

Three to five years of industry sales experience
