Sutherland is excited to launch a new sales account , and we’re looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Advisors to join our growing team. If you enjoy connecting with people, hitting targets, and growing your career in a fast-paced environment—this role is for you.

🔹 Job Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Provide accurate product information and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow company policies, processes, and compliance standards

🔹 Qualifications

• Grads only
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome
• Flexible with night & overnight shifts
