JOB TITLE: SALES & SHOWROOM SUPERVISOR
LOCATION: DUBAI, UAE
REPORTS TO: GENERAL SALES MANAGER
DEPARTMENT: SALES


  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Achieve/exceed monthly and annual sales targets with a focus on maximizing business profitability.
  • Work strategically to facilitate deal closures.
  • Attending all sales meetings, modular training sessions, and refresher courses to stay updated on new products.
  • Manage and coordinate all showroom activities.
  • Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage showroom staff to achieve optimal performance.
  • Second face the customers and try to help to close a sale.
  • Maintain an organized and attractive product display.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
  • Analyse sales data and generate reports to improve sales strategies.
  • Carry out sales in accordance with pre-agreed monthly targets and budgets.
  • Report to the General Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Daily Review and update of the Reservation Log with the General Sales Manager to provide an accurate forecast of performance.
  • Achieving income per retail unit targets (IPRU), Profit and KPI s.
  • Coach / train sales team on Adamas sales process and the importance of Manager Introduction at various stages of the sale, and Value-Added Products Features and Benefits.
  • Ensure they are meeting every customer with the sales process to maximize profitability and assisting in closing each sale.
  • Ensure to carry out all General Sales Manager responsibilities and duties on her/his absent.
  • Adhere to company policy and procedure.
  • Protect the integrity and compliancy of the organisation.

  CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience: Over 3 years of proven success in a sales role Automotive sales background is a plus.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong quantitative and analytical skills with PC proficiency.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively to close deals.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Strong customer service skills with a commitment to satisfaction.
  • Communication and Influencing: Effective communicator with strong influencing skills.
  • UAE Driving license is required.
