Job Objective:

To drive sales growth by promoting and selling the company’s services in the field of exhibitions, events, and service solutions. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company’s presence and reputation in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell exhibitions, events, and service solutions to targeted clients.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts in coordination with the Sales Manager.

Attend and represent the company in events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads.

Maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements within company guidelines.

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Collect market intelligence and competitor analysis to support business strategies.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure proper execution of events and services.

Prepare periodic sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.

Follow up on client accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve issues.

Adhere to the company’s policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in exhibitions, events, or service industries.

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Solid understanding of B2B sales and customer relationship management.

Good command of English (spoken and written).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Team player with problem-solving abilities.

Professional appearance and conduct.

Additional Requirements (Preferred):

Experience in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Knowledge of the Saudi market in exhibitions and event management.

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events.

Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
