Sales Specialist – Financial Markets | Dubai

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist with a strong background in financial markets to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in investment products, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.

Key Requirements:

✅ Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in financial services, forex, investment platforms, or related industries.
✅ Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of trading platforms, investment products, leverage, and risk management principles.
✅ Sales & Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate leads and convert prospects into active clients.
• Promote investment products and trading services to both retail and institutional clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on financial industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals and active investors.
• Educate clients on the benefits and risks of trading and investing, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, investment platforms, and competitor offerings.
