Sales Specialist

Saudi Arabia

  • Promote and sell a wide range of paints and coating chemical products to B2B clients.
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities in assigned regions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs and offer customized technical solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay up to date with trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and follow up on sales activities.
  • Collaborate with technical and product development teams to address customer feedback.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience in paints, coatings, or industrial chemical products.
  • Strong knowledge of paint formulation, coating systems, and application methods.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in both English and Arabic.
  • Willing to travel locally and regionally as needed.
