Position: Call Center Executive

Location: Al Hafeez Executive, Gulberg 3, Lahore

Salary Package: PKR 35,000 + Uncapped Commissions

Working Hours: 7 PM to 4 AM (Monday to Saturday)

Role Overview:

The hired candidate will be responsible for:



Connecting with US residents regarding MVA claims



Booking appointments for claim processing



Ensuring accurate communication and documentation



What We’re Looking For:



Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)



Prior BPO / customer service experience preferred



Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment



Flexible to work in US shifts
