Sales Specialist

Sana Tourism  is a Saudi Destination Management Company (DMC), a Full-service tourism company that organizes integrated trips for leisure travelers seeking to experience the beauty and wonder of fascinating tourist destinations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist with passion and energy to join our growing team, with skills of negotiations, details oriented and well-organized.

Location:  Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities:

• Be in touch with our clients directly in all communication channels (Email, WhatsApp, Mobile, and Social Media).
• Understanding clients' requirements and building the right experience proposal, and keeping an eye on the details.
• Following up with the client and taking a personalized approach when communicating.
• Improving the approach of handling the request.
• Keeping sales activities up-to-date with the right details.
• Supporting in setting up the activities and Saudi seasons calendar.
• Coordinate with operations and supplier teams to ensure smooth execution of booked experiences.
• Collect client feedback post-trip and share insights to improve future experiences and service quality.
• Contribute to the development of new tourism products and tailor-made experiences based on market trends and client interests.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key partners, including hotels, guides, transport providers, and local attractions

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing.
• +3 years of B2C/B2B experience with strong negotiation skills
• Ability to find room for business and self-improvement consistently
• Ability to understand the business needs and opportunities with creative ways of cross-selling chances.
• Strong reporting skills, including visual reporting.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications, especially in Excel/Spreadsheets
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral), both in English and Arabic.
