Sales Executive (Females/Males)

We’re looking for a driven and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in the IT services space. You’ll support our sales pipeline by identifying potential clients, pitching IT solutions, handling follow-ups, and contributing to deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through outreach, cold calling, and online research
  • Support senior sales managers in meetings, demos, and proposal development
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points
  • Maintain and update CRM records, pipelines, and reports
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and messaging
  • Assist in preparing sales documentation, quotes, and contracts
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships toward conversion

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales (IT or tech industry preferred)
  • Fresh Graduates with good network connections in sales, may apply (Both Female/Male)
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Confidence in client interaction and persuasive communication.
  • Basic understanding of IT services like:

Web/Mobile App Development

CRM/ERP Solutions

AI/Automation Tools

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
