Sales (Medical Products)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales

-Promote the company’s medical products in the Saudi market;

-Develop new clients and maintain follow-up with existing clients;

-Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

2. Company/Product Registration and Government Liaison

-Follow up on product registration, preparation of technical documentation, and compliance reviews to ensure alignment with Ministry of Health (MoH) requirements;

-Assist in the company’s registration and qualification maintenance in Saudi Arabia;

-Communicate with government authorities and relevant institutions to handle consultations and compliance matters.

3. Reception and Itinerary Coordination

-Assist in receiving management teams or business partners from China, coordinating their itineraries in Saudi Arabia;

-Arrange hotels, transportation, and dining services for delegations;

-Support delegation members in connecting and communicating with government and business clients;

-Ensure smooth execution of all arrangements during the visit.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree or above;

-Experience in medical product sales with knowledge of the Saudi healthcare system and approval processes;

-Work experience in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries, familiar with local policies and procurement systems;

-Fluent in English with strong communication skills, able to understand and convey technical content;

-Familiar with government company registration, qualification maintenance, and related approval processes;

-Strong cross-cultural communication and reception skills, with experience in large-scale business visits;

-Proficiency in Chinese or Arabic is a plus.

Compensation:

Basic salary SAR 7,000/month, with commission and performance bonus calculated separately.

Notes:

Before the official establishment of the Saudi branch, this position will be task- and project-oriented, with no fixed attendance requirements. Performance will be evaluated based on project completion and assessed by the designated reporting team.
