We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team in Şişli, İstanbul as a Sales Specialist.
This role will report directly to the Sales Manager and offers a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing team.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Food Engineering etc,
-
Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, both local and export, minimum 3 years of experience in sales & marketing fruit preparations for dairy, ice cream, bakery and food service sectors is preferable,
-
Excellent command of English, second foreign language will be an asset,
-
Good command of MS Office Applications (especially in excel), SAP (to be experienced about SAP is preferable, especially SD module),

Quality and achievement orientation, analytical thinking, communication and persuasion skills,

Managerial, organizational, leadership, negotiation and time management skills,

Good interpersonal skills, positive, self-motivated, proactive, team player, creative, dynamic,

Having driving license and no restriction for travelling (both domestic and foreign).
Key Responsibilities

Visits existing and new customers with superior and/or product developer for business reviews, negotiations and product presentations/degustation,
-
Searches and prepares market data as well as internal business data for customer visits
-
Maintains and develops contact with current customers,
-
Calculate sales prices for the customers,
-
Accepts customer’s orders and place them at production in due manner,
-
Enters and timely updates data concerning customers, products portfolio, prices, terms of deliveries and payment, sales forecasts in related databases,
-
Communicate with the customers regarding terms of deliveries, sending off and receiving commercial documentation,
-
Monitors timeliness and accuracy of order processing,
-
Prepares regular reports, compares regularly actual sales with sales plans/budget and alerts the Superior to the deviation,

Preparing commercial and reporting documentation follows up the outstanding invoices.

Monitors Service rate statistics,

Maintains cross-functional communication of the Sales Department and other departments of the company in the frames of key accountabilities.
