Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Specialist with strong industry knowledge and communication skills to expand our customer base and strengthen client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting our logistics services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Collaborate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Provide excellent after-sales support to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of sales experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team player.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
