Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the logistics sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable logistics solutions, including transportation, warehousing, and supply chain management services.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from inquiry to after-sales support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt and innovate sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of logistics services and resolve any issues that arise.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales within the logistics or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer challenges effectively.
  • Can speak Chinese is a plus
  • Familiarity with logistics services such as transportation, warehousing, and supply chain management.
