We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to turn conversations into long-term partnerships.


What You’ll Do

  • Monitor incoming info and sales emails daily and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Manage inbound leads and forms , organize meetings, and move prospects efficiently through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct introductory and sales meetings , understand client needs, and create clear roadmaps and proposals aligned with their goals.
  • Coordinate meeting organization with relevant team members (PMs for development, marketing leads for marketing projects).
  • Handle inbound calls and provide first-line responses to potential clients.
  • Send onboarding forms for Shopify projects, track responses, and prepare tailored proposals.
  • Follow up on proposals regularly
  • Once approved, deliver contracts and prepayment invoices to clients and ensure smooth signing and payment processes.
  • Transfer new projects to the production team, including all essential details (client data, onboarding form, technical specs, Slack channels, etc.).
  • Record and update all client interactions and deal stages in CRM.
  • Coordinate with project managers and developers on technical support or scope-related inquiries , ensuring efforts are tracked and communicated to clients.
  • Participate in partnership meetings and represent Byte Digital professionally with potential and existing partners.
  • Use Apollo and LinkedIn to identify and engage new leads for potential collaborations and opportunities.
  • Ensure a seamless client communication flow from first contact to signed deal with no gaps or delays.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or account management (preferably in digital marketing or tech).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills , with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Strong follow-up discipline, you don’t let conversations fade away.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude and a genuine interest in helping clients succeed.
