Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team immediately on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving ticket sales, corporate bookings, and event partnerships for our theme park and entertainment offerings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build lasting client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through direct outreach, corporate partnerships, and event collaborations.
- Promote theme park tickets, group packages, and special event offers to individual and corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, schools, corporate clients, and tour operators.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to maximize exposure and revenue.
- Manage customer inquiries professionally and ensure excellent client service at all touchpoints.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent Arabic speaker required, with strong customer engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales within the theme park, entertainment, or events industry (experience in Qatar or GCC preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong customer service orientation and team collaboration skills.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
- Temporary position (duration to be discussed).
