Job Summary:


The sales specialist is a pivotal and practical position, responsible for the implementation of sales in the project entrusted to him in coordination with the project sales manager and the work team.


He will be responsible for carrying out real estate sales and marketing operations in the field.


Responsibilities are not limited to:


  • Managing all aspects of marketing and selling commercial properties, residential properties and off-plan sales in the field.
  • Constantly reviewing any updates in the field of real estate marketing and best practices and working to apply them.
  • Commitment to the annual sales plan by ensuring the correctness of implementation and achieving sales targets and submitting a periodic report on sales performance.
  • Carrying out practical promotion, deployment and marketing of residential and commercial units and vacant spaces to attract customers and achieve sales goals.
  • Collect information from competitors regarding prices, payment methods, real estate market growth, and conduct and improve sales analysis.
  • Build relationships with potential customers to expand sales opportunities and maintain a good relationship with key and target customers.
  • Search for new strategies and sales methods to increase sales of raw lands, residential and commercial units, and villas.
  • Follow-up and confirmation of payment operations at the scheduled times and specified according to the approved contracts, and notify the management in the event of any delay in payment and adherence to the credit policy approved by the company.
  • Understanding the budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on- investment and profit-loss projections.
  • Submit daily, monthly and annual sales reports that reflect its performance and overall workflow.
  • Maintaining sales volume by understanding all project details, preferential features, and the ability to explain them to customers.
  • Coordinating and working with the customer experience and marketing departments to follow up on customer requirements.
  • Forged strong connections with real estate agents and brokers.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned to him by the line manager within the scope of work.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate development or sales.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in dealing with marketers, real estate offices and brokers.
  • Has a high ability to persuade and communicate effectively.
