Sales Specialist

BMC Solutions is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

Ensure the CRM system provides an effective and efficient sales funnel Develop and implement marketing techniques that drive new customer acquisition.

Set specific marketing strategies to retain existing customers.

Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Suggest new methods to better address customer needs.

Track marketing metrics and trends, including conversion rates and web analytics.

Assist in organizing promotional events to reach prospective clients.

Review and select CRM software that aligns with company needs.

Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competition.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Sales / CRM Specialist.

Strong background in customer acquisition strategies.

Technical expertise with CRM systems and analytical tools.

Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices.

Ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end.

BS or MS in Marketing or a relevant field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
