Job Title: Sales Specialists (B2B).
Location: Dubai, UAE.
Type: Full time

Nationality: Emirati, Russian, Moroccan, British, and Chinese.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
Acquire new corporate clients and build long term partnerships.
Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Pitch recruitment services including permanent, contract, and executive hiring.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and business meetings.
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality candidate delivery.
Maintain client data, sales pipeline, and activity reports in CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and hiring demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Recruitment or HR industry preferred)
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and staffing models
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport with HR managers, decision makers, and CXOs
Self motivated, target driven, and result oriented
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)
