Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Specialists with a strong background in the skincare or cosmetic industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and building long-term relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets
  • Promote and sell Too Real skincare products to distributors, retailers, salons, dermatology clinics, and pharmacies
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration
  • Conduct product presentations and provide accurate product knowledge to clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support product launches and promotional activities
  • Ensure timely order processing, collections, and follow-ups

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven sales experience in the skincare, cosmetic, or personal care industry
  • Strong understanding of skincare products and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting tools
