Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Specialists with a strong background in the skincare or cosmetic industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and building long-term relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets
- Promote and sell Too Real skincare products to distributors, retailers, salons, dermatology clinics, and pharmacies
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration
- Conduct product presentations and provide accurate product knowledge to clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support product launches and promotional activities
- Ensure timely order processing, collections, and follow-ups
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2–4 years of proven sales experience in the skincare, cosmetic, or personal care industry
- Strong understanding of skincare products and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting tools
