We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist. This role is responsible for prospecting, qualifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and closing sales through a consultative approach. The ideal candidate brings strong real estate knowledge, disciplined sales execution, and a focus on delivering measurable customer value.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and inbound leads
- Engage prospects via phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and project briefing.
- Understand customer needs, challenges, and goals to recommend the most suitable solutions.
- Present and demonstrate products or services clearly and persuasively.
- Manage the sales pipeline using a CRM to track activity and forecast revenue.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing and customer support) to ensure a smooth sales process.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Must be graduated.
- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to identify customer pain points and position solutions effectively.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
