Position Overview

Dial Expert is hiring Sales Specialists / Closers to join our Debt Settlement campaign.

You will handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls generated through multiple vendors and lead sources. This is a full-cycle closing role, where you control the conversation from first contact through contract signing and compliance completion.

This role is not script-reading only. It requires real sales skills, confidence, empathy, objection handling, and attention to detail.

Work Model

  • Work From Home (WFH)
  • Potential to move to a hybrid model in the near future

  • Stable wired internet (LAN)
  • Professional headset

SchedulesFull-Time

  • Monday to Friday
  • 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Cairo Time)
  • Other start options may be available (4:30 / 5 / 7 / 8 PM)
  • 1-hour break included

Part-Time

  • Monday to Friday
  • 6 hours/day (fixed start time)
  • 45-minute break included

Compensation & PerksBase Salary

  • Full-Time: 18,000 EGP / month

(Subject to increase based on performance and exceeding targets)

  • Part-Time: 7,000 EGP / month

Commissions

  • $20 per deal closed
  • Minimum target: 3 sales per week
  • Average performing agents close ~2 sales per day

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Build rapport and identify customer financial pain points
  • Conduct structured qualification and needs analysis
  • Present debt settlement solutions clearly and ethically
  • Manage the entire sales cycle:
  • Qualification
  • Pitching
  • Objection handling
  • Contract explanation
  • E-signature completion
  • Compliance warm-down
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in customer data, documentation, and system entries
  • Follow QA, compliance, and process guidelines strictly

QualificationsRequired

  • Proven experience in sales, closing, or call center environments
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
  • Fluent or near-native English
  • Confidence handling sensitive financial conversations
  • Ability to follow structured processes and compliance rules
  • Discipline, focus, and performance mindset

Highly Preferred

  • Call center sales experience
  • Cold calling experience
  • Background in debt settlement, loans, or financial services
