We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Executive – Construction Estimation to support and grow our presence in the US construction market. This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands the construction estimation lifecycle and thrives in international, performance-driven environments.

As part of our back-office operations for a leading US-based construction services firm, you will play a critical role in acquiring new clients, strengthening existing relationships, and positioning our estimation services as a trusted solution for contractors and developers across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Sales Management: Handle the complete sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing and long-term account management.
  • New Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire US-based contractors, developers, and construction firms.
  • Account Growth: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to drive recurring revenue.
  • Commission on All Revenue: Earn commissions on both new sales and the ongoing growth of existing accounts.
  • Industry Consultation: Utilize your understanding of construction estimation and takeoff processes to educate clients and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Market Communication: Engage professionally with US stakeholders via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to negotiate and close high-value contracts.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven sales experience (preferred background in construction estimation, BPO, or international sales).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to confidently engage US-based clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction estimation workflows, bidding processes, and contractor requirements.
  • Sales Mindset: Strong hunter mentality for new business combined with relationship-building skills for account retention.
  • Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT).
  • Professionalism: High level of integrity, discipline, and performance orientation.
