Sales Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engage directly with US-based customers via phone, video, and email to understand vehicle preferences, budget parameters, and financing objectives
  • Strategically advise customers on pricing structures, dealership offers, and optimal deal positioning
  • Interface with US dealerships to source inventory, request pricing, and secure competitive offers
  • Represent customer interests in pricing discussions and negotiate terms when authorized
  • Analyze multiple dealership quotes and structure comparisons to identify the strongest value proposition
  • Develop working knowledge of US automotive financing, leasing models, APR structures, incentives, and dealer fee breakdowns
  • Manage multiple active transactions simultaneously within CRM systems while maintaining precision and professionalism
  • Operate as a trusted advisor throughout the end-to-end vehicle purchasing process

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, client advisory, or negotiation-driven roles
  • Proven exposure to international markets, preferably US or UK customer accounts
  • Background in high-ticket sales environments such as real estate, insurance, financial services, SaaS, or automotive
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals, manage objections, and influence decision-making
  • Strong financial acumen with comfort discussing pricing models, payment structures, and numerical breakdowns
  • Professional, neutral-accent English communication with high conversational confidence
  • Ability to multitask across multiple negotiations while maintaining detail orientation
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and structured sales processes
  • Competitive mindset with strong ownership and accountability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
