- CRM maintenance & experience
- Identify new clients and make pitches to qualified prospects
- Create proposals for clients and prospects
- Ensure our clients pay us on time
- Achieve targets month-on-month
- Conduct client workshops & present our organisation’s products & services to prospective customers
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with our clients through calls and personal meetings
- Facilitate and action client requests by inter-department coordination
Your professional experience (at least 4 years)
- Sales or account management experience in a software company or a digital agency (UAE experience is a must)
- Other relevant professional experience
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role, meeting deadlines and managing a budget will be helpful

- Fluent English communication skills. Arabic would be a plus!
- High affinity to technology and good knowledge of the digital domain
