Sales Specialist

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Sales Executive in Jeddah and Dammam to support business expansion by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients (factories, distributors, freight companies, and carriers) and build long-term relationships to ensure client retention
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct meetings and product demonstrations
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with Operations and Customer Success teams
  • Track sales activities using CRM tools
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Experience in logistics, freight, transportation, or marketplace platforms preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
